Return Policy

Shipping and Handling

We ship via UPS Ground Shipping. As a courtesy, we offer expedited shipping and handling depending on

product availability based on current overnight rates quoted through UPS. Oversized shipping is extra.

Return and Cancellation Policies

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from our online store, you may return it within 15

days of receipt. Simply contact us for Return Merchandise Authorization and repackage the item in the original

packaging for return to our showroom. As the customer, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Any items that are not in original condition will not be accepted as returned items. Any items returned without

RMA will not be accepted for return.

Contact our customer care department as soon as possible at (208) 577-8842 as we cannot accept
returns more than 15 days after delivery.

You will be provided with return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization number and our
shipping address by email.

Please print your RMA instructions and enclose in the package(s) for return to assist in promptly
processing your refund.

Return the item(s) using either Federal Express or UPS, as the items can be insured, and tracking is also
available.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
